Plentific is seeking an energetic Talent Partner for an initial 6-month FTC to help achieve ambitious growth. You will manage the full recruitment process end-to-end, partner with senior leaders, and advise on interview techniques while supporting roles from Operations to Tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven success recruiting for senior, technical, or commercial roles in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• High standards for assessment quality and candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across tech, product, commercial, and operations.
• Lead briefing sessions, define role requirements, and ensure alignment on success profiles.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience from engagement to onboarding.
