Job summary

Plentific is seeking an energetic Talent Partner for an initial 6-month FTC to help drive growth. You will manage the full recruitment process end-to-end across technology, product, commercial and operations, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.

You'll deliver a consultative hiring approach, shape selection criteria, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting senior/technical/commercial roles in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• High standards for assessment quality, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Structured, resilient, and able to operate at pace without sacrificing quality.
• Consultative mindset with the confidence to challenge and advise.
• Proactive sourcing capability, including headhunting, market mapping, and talent pipelining.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex, senior, and specialist roles across technology, product, commercial, and operations (as assigned).
• Lead briefing sessions, define role requirements, and ensure alignment on success profiles and selection criteria.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
