As a Talent Partner, you will own client relationships end-to-end, scope roles, and ensure a smooth delivery experience for founders, hiring managers and internal partners. You’ll push back when needed, advocate for the candidate journey, and use market insights to inform hiring plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment (agency or internal)
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
• Ability to scope roles accurately and push back when needed
• Comfort using talent data to diagnose and improve processes
• Strong communication and storytelling across diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end: briefing, delivery, feedback, and post-hire follow-up
• Scope role briefs, interrogate requirements, and advise when a role is two roles or not needed
• Drive the client-side process: maintain feedback velocity and interview momentum
• Analyse pipelines with conviction and manage expectations to improve offer conversion
• Negotiate offers and help clients land top candidates
• Grow accounts by transforming searches into multi-role relationships
• Provide market insights and pipeline reporting to clients and internal teams
