RELEX Solutions seeks an AI-native Talent Acquisition Partner for our Technology & Product teams. You will own end-to-end recruiting, acting as a strategic partner to leaders, and raise the quality of every hiring decision across R&D.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role supports global hiring with focus on the US and coordination across time zones. You’ll design AI-enabled workflows, build pipelines, and coach hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle recruiting for senior roles.
• Ability to source actively across platforms and geographies.
• Coaching hiring managers on role scoping and assessment.
• Data literacy and market insight for talent availability and benchmarks.
• AI-first mindset with ability to design AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for Technology & Product teams, from scope to offer.
• Build sourcing pipelines to engage candidates before urgency hits.
• Coach hiring managers on interview design and assessment methods.
• Deliver market intelligence and forecast hiring needs early.
• Design and run AI-native recruiting workflows and pilot new approaches.
• Collaborate with People ops, comp, and branding to align hiring with lifecycle.
