You will use the Dex platform daily, aligning with product teams and talent leaders to optimize outcomes. A passionate recruiter with 2+ years of experience and a drive to build exceptional teams will thrive.

Qualifikationen

• Highly organised, compelling, smart and driven.
• Commercially sharp; comfortable challenging senior people.
• Credible with technical hiring managers; understand software engineering basics.
• Excellent command of talent metrics and funnel analytics.
• 2+ years in recruitment (agency or internal) or equivalent proven impact.
• Motivated to build an exceptional team solving a meaningful problem.
• Open to varied backgrounds and eager to contribute.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end: briefing, delivery, feedback, and follow-up.
• Assess role briefs; interrogate requirements; advise clients if a role should be split or not hired.
• Manage client-side process: keep feedback fast, interviews moving, momentum maintained.
• Analyse Dex pipelines with conviction; manage expectations to improve offers results.
• Negotiate offers with clients to land candidates without friction.
• Grow accounts by turning searches into ongoing relationships and more roles.
• Be the client's go-to; provide market insights, pipeline reporting, candid candidate reads.
