Dex is building AI-first recruitment tools to connect top software engineers with leading companies. As a Talent Partner, you’ll own client relationships end to end, shape briefs with founders and hiring managers, and ensure a great Dex experience from brief to signed offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tech or engineering recruitment, in-house at a startup/scaleup or specialist tech agency.
• Experience hiring for backend, infra, ML/AI engineers, researchers or founding engineers.
• Strong command of funnel metrics and conversion at each stage.
• Commercial sharpness and ability to push back on senior people early.
• Curiosity about AI tooling and daily product usage.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end: brief, delivery, feedback, and post-delivery.
• Take role briefs and kick-offs that hold up; assess scope and advise when role is two roles or not viable.
• Run the client-side process: maintain fast feedback, keep interviews moving, sustain momentum.
• Use funnel data to diagnose stalled roles and explain losses to clients.
• Negotiate and close offers so neither side feels pushed.
• Grow accounts from one search into the full hiring plan.
