Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a senior professional to turn people strategy into practical actions across a multi-site organisation. You will lead talent management, design development solutions, and drive leadership and early careers programmes.

Collaborating with stakeholders across VolkerWessels UK, you will use data-led insights to improve engagement and capability. The role emphasizes practical delivery and measurable impact on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, learning and development, or a similar people development role.
• Strong experience of delivering development programmes in a complex or multi-site organisation.
• Knowledge of succession planning, employee engagement and early careers development.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• A practical, organised and data-led approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management, succession planning and development activity across VolkerFitzpatrick.
• Design learning and development solutions that support engagement, retention and future capability.
• Drive manager, leadership and future talent development programmes.
• Support the early careers agenda, including apprentices, graduates, industrial placements and new entrants.
• Oversee employee engagement activity, including survey outputs and action planning.
• Use data, insight and external thinking to improve talent, learning and development outcomes.
