Job summary

AVK is expanding its UK & Europe talent acquisition function and seeks a strategic recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring, market mapping, and outreach. You’ll partner with People Partners, L&D and senior leadership to ensure a strong talent pipeline and fair, data-driven decisions.

You’ll design processes, support workforce planning and drive internal mobility, with a focus on candidate experience and hiring excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to shape hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Experience partnering with People Partners and L&D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for assigned business areas across the UK & Europe.
• Partner with hiring managers using structured intake processes.
• Design outreach strategies and conduct market calibration.
• Build role success profiles and conduct market analysis.
• Use structured interviews and scorecards to ensure fairness.
• Coach managers to improve interviewing capability and candidate experience.
• Provide insights on market conditions and salary benchmarking.
• Develop internal mobility pathways and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with People Ops on ATS workflows and reporting.
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting for SLT.
