Lucy Group is seeking a Talent Development Partner to shape global leadership and accelerate talent readiness. You will lead succession and talent reviews, turning strategy into high-quality delivery and providing insights to inform decisions across the organisation.

You'll partner with senior leaders, HR partners and data specialists to embed best practices in development, performance, and career pathways, driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Proven ability to facilitate talent reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide talent and succession review activity.
• Strengthen succession coverage and reduce critical role risk.
• Monitor development delivery and successor readiness.
• Produce evidence-based talent insights and reporting.
• Build credible development plans and accountability for progression.
