MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Talent Development Partner to shape how colleagues learn, grow and prepare for the future across the group. You will work with senior leaders and People teams to translate capability needs into inclusive, engaging learning solutions and manage the full learning lifecycle from design to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions that respond to organisational needs.
• Proficiency across the full development lifecycle, from diagnostics to delivery and evaluation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning lifecycle from diagnostics and planning through to design, stakeholder engagement, delivery and evaluation.
• Design and deliver engaging strategic learning and leadership development programmes.
• Support career pathways, leadership pipelines and talent frameworks across MAG.
• Use data, feedback and insight to evaluate impact and continuously improve development offerings.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to support professional development and scaling successful solutions.
