Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Learning & Development leader to partner with senior stakeholders across the People & Culture Team. You will shape and deliver leadership development, digital learning strategies and enterprise-wide capability initiatives, leveraging data to measure impact and drive improvements.

You will work across the UK to implement scalable learning solutions, optimise learning technologies like myLearning, and support organisational change with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify learning, capability or development needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering Leadership and Management solutions and knowledge of theories and methodologies.
• Experience designing, delivering or facilitating learning and development programmes.
• Experience managing or utilising learning technologies and digital learning platforms.
• Experience using data and insight to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational learning or capability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, functions and the People & Culture Team to identify current and future learning, capability and development needs across the business.
• Shape, deliver and evaluate talent and development solutions, programmes and initiatives that support organisational performance and growth.
• Utilise learning technology, data, insight and innovative approaches to create scalable and engaging learning experiences for colleagues.
• Lead and support enterprise-wide learning initiatives that contribute to organisational priorities and change.
• Use data and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
