Job summary
VolkerWessels UK is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to shape learning strategy, leadership development and talent initiatives across the group.
Working with the Head of HR and senior leaders, you will design and deliver leadership development programmes, drive succession planning, coach managers, and build career pathways to support growth and business success.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
- Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of talent and succession planning.
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A passion for developing people and creating a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of learning initiatives, leadership development programmes, talent management and succession planning activities.
- Partner with Head of HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
- Measure impact of learning activities and use data for continuous improvement.
