Job summary

Prism Healthcare is seeking a dynamic HR professional to own both recruitment and learning and development across a multi-site group. You will shape how recruitment and development are delivered, working directly with the Head of HR and senior leaders to forecast capability needs and build plans, materials and talent pipelines.

You’ll drive AI-enabled approaches to recruitment, training design, and capability development while overseeing governance, onboarding and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and attraction strategies.
• Practical learning & development experience, identifying training needs and creating plans.
• Experience designing training materials, toolkits or learning resources.
• Experience using AI or digital tools to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding across multiple sites.
• Develop and own Group learning & development plan with SLT/ELT input.
• Create training materials, skills matrices and development plans.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and succession planning.
• Explore AI/digital tech to improve recruitment, learning and talent processes.
