Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking an experienced Talent & Organisational Development Lead to drive organisational change at a pivotal time as we launch a new 10-year Strategic Business Plan.

You will shape how we develop our people, strengthen leadership capability and build an organisation ready to deliver long-term ambitions, leading a cross-functional team across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development and capacity-building at scale.
• Ability to lead across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Organisational Development, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and EDI.
• Translate insights into strategic actions to future-proof workforce and capability.
• Lead a high-performing People & Culture function in line with the 10-year plan.
