Job summary

Prism Healthcare, Grange Moor, Wakefield, invites a strategic HR professional to own recruitment and learning & development across a 700-strong group. You will shape how recruitment, onboarding and development are delivered, working directly with the Head of HR, HRBPs, line managers and senior leaders to forecast capability needs and build plans and talent pipelines.

There is scope to bring AI and digital tools into recruitment, training and talent management.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment management experience across multiple sites.
• Experience designing L&D programmes and capability matrices.
• Ability to implement AI-enabled recruitment and learning tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with SLT/ELT.
• Knowledge of GDPR and employment law compliance.
• Travel between Group sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment plans aligned to workforce needs.
• Create direct sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Own Group learning and development plan with matrices.
• Translate skills gaps into training and succession plans.
• Manage Apprenticeship Levy spend and early careers attraction.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and digital tools across HR processes.
