Job summary

Prism Healthcare in Wakefield is seeking an experienced HR leader to own recruitment and learning & development across a multi-site group.

You will partner with the Head of HR, SLT and ELT to identify capability needs, design plans and training materials, build talent pipelines, and drive AI-enabled recruitment, training and development across the organization.

You’ll also support multi-site travel between sites and contribute to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment and developing attraction strategies.
• Experience designing or implementing training or skills matrices.
• Experience using AI or digital tools to improve processes in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to onboarding.
• Develop and implement Group learning and development plans.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning with SLT/ELT.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across recruitment and training processes.
