Incommunities seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead an end-to-end recruitment service across designated business areas from planning through onboarding. The role partners with managers to design recruitment plans and ensure inclusive, timely processes.

Based in Bradford with 2 days in the office weekly, you will use data and market insight to improve candidate experience and value for money while building diverse talent pipelines and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across designated areas.
• Advise on labour-market conditions and recruitment routes.
• Design tailored attraction strategies for roles.
• Own recruitment governance and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment service across designated business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and plan recruitment.
• Advise on labour-market conditions, routes and timescales.
• Act as escalation point for complex, senior, hard-to-fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and networks.
• Coach managers on shortlisting, interviewing and assessment.
