Job summary

Gist is recruiting a Recruitment Business Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across the East Midlands. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues and senior leaders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This hands-on role requires building strong pipelines and advising on interview techniques, with hybrid working and travel as needed. A commercial mindset and broad sourcing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and HR.
• Experience building sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment briefings and manage vacancies from start to finish.
• Develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies across internal and external channels.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams and stakeholders.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
• Create compelling job adverts engaging internal and external talent.
• Design robust recruitment and selection materials.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source future talent.
• Manage recruitment suppliers when required.
• Use data to improve processes.
• Champion best practice and support HR projects.
