Job summary

Gist is recruiting a Recruitment Business Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across the East Midlands. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues and senior leaders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This hands-on role requires building strong pipelines and advising on interview techniques, with hybrid working and travel as needed. A commercial mindset and broad sourcing experience are essential.

Our Talent Acquisition team here at Gist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional talent.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and senior business leaders to understand what great looks like, identify the right talent and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience from initial attraction through to selection.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows recruitment inside out, enjoys building strong relationships and is always looking for smarter, more creative ways to find great people.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Senior Resourcing Business Partner you will:

• Lead recruitment briefings and manage vacancies from start to finish.

What we're looking for

To be successful in your application you will have proven recruitment partnering experience, either in an in-house or agency environment, you will be experienced in a range of sourcing and recruitment methods and systems with a strong focus on creating excellent candidate experiences. You will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring manager, wider HR teams and external suppliers, comfortable in challenging, influencing and instilling excellence. You will have a commercial mindset with a proactive approach to recruitment, with a keen eye on industry changes and challenges.

Role details:

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Location: We are looking for someone to be based in the East Midlands, individuals must be comfortable with hybrid working and travel as and when needed.
