Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a talent acquisition or internal recruitment role.
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role for up to 3 years.
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Law including GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job specs to managing offers.
  • Support and train line managers on recruitment and interview techniques.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines and recruitment strategies.
