Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 13-month FTC to cover maternity leave. The role leads the TA team, shaping the recruitment service for the tax and audit service lines, while aligning resources with forecasted demand.

You will enhance candidate experience and drive process improvements across the function. Working with the Director of Talent and HR leadership, you will deploy sourcing strategies, manage escalations from hiring managers, and promote a diverse, inclusive talent

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team in professional services.
• Ability to define and execute service line resourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and candidate experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Talent Acquisition team, set directions and deploy resources to deliver recruitment service.
• Align resources based on volumes and monitor team performance.
• Share TA vision and strategy with the team and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day performance and provide direction and tools for sourcing.
• Drive process improvements and build robust sourcing strategies with minimal agency usage.
• Be the first contact for hiring manager escalations and resolve issues.
• Develop service line relationships and promote TA vision across the business.
• Utilize new technology and partners to improve TA tools and processes.
• Engage with diversity networks to promote RSM brand and opportunities.
