Job summary

Sumer is seeking a fully remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate on a 12 month FTC to build robust talent pipelines across Audit, Tax, Accounting and Corporate Finance. You’ll manage data in our ATS, draft compelling job specs, and screen candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You’ll join a maternity cover FTC within the UK team, keeping hiring processes efficient and candidate experience strong while staying ahead of market trends and contributing to onboarding projects.

Qualifications

• You know how to find great candidates in the UK across audit, accounting, tax, or professional services.
• Data tracking, reporting, and insight on hiring metrics.
• Experience with an ATS (Pinpoint preferred).
• You are skilled at screening and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and engage candidates, headhunt for niche roles, and build strong talent pools.
• Maintain high-quality data in the ATS and provide insights for hiring teams.
• Draft engaging job specs that reflect our culture and attract the right people.
• Track where to advertise roles and oversee the application process.
• Conduct first-stage candidate screenings and help match candidates to roles.
• Keep market maps up to date to inform hiring strategy.
• Support onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing.
