Job summary

Sumer Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to join on a maternity cover FTC. This remote role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent across Audit, Tax, Accounting, and Corporate Finance in the UK.

You will build strong talent pipelines, map the market, maintain high-quality ATS data, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to hire. The position offers up to £38,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience finding candidates in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax or professional services.
• Data-savvy with ability to track, manage, and report on hiring data.
• Experience with ATS; knowledge of Pinpoint is a plus.
• Strong in screening candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent organisational skills and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and engage candidates.
• Maintain high-quality data in ATS and provide insights to hiring teams.
• Draft engaging job specs reflecting our culture.
• Track where to advertise roles and oversee the application process.
• Conduct first-stage candidate screenings.
• Keep market maps up to date and inform hiring strategy.
• Support onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing.
