Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 13-month fixed-term contract to lead a talented TA team and deliver a premium recruitment service for the firm’s professional services clients. You will partner with HR leadership and service line stakeholders, shaping resource forecasts and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies across audit, tax and consulting divisions.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Talent Acquisition within professional services.
• Experience recruiting for audit, tax or consulting services.
• Delivery of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Talent Acquisition team, setting directions and allocating resources.
• Share TA vision and strategy with the team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee day-to-day performance and equip the team with tools and direction.
• Engage stakeholders and candidates, implementing process improvements across the team.
• Define operating standards, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
• Act as brand ambassador for TA and RSM, building robust sourcing strategies.
• Act as the first point of contact for hiring manager escalations and resolutions.
• Develop service line relationships and promote TA vision and ways of working.
• Collaborate with technology and external partners to improve tools and processes.
• Engage with diversity networks to promote RSM opportunities.
• Drive projects to enhance TA performance and introduce continuous improvement.
