Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data or supply chain analysts teams
• Experience retail supply chain budgeting, financial analysis, and site P&L management
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners (3PL)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts to track and optimise productivity across Waitrose Supply Chain
• Deliver performance insights to surface risks, identify efficiency gains and drive CI
• Oversee P&Ls, manage operational budgets, and lead regular review meetings to address variances
• Translate forecasts into site-level operational budgets for labour and assets
• Review costs against budgets for internal and external cost centres
• Support strategic change programs by building robust business cases and tracking benefits
• Facilitate cross-functional reporting between Finance, Supply Chain and leadership
