Job summary

John Lewis Partnership Bracknell Campus is seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager to own procurement excellence across governance, third party risk, and SRM. You will embed best practices, drive process improvements, and use data insights to raise performance and value for customers.

Working with the Procurement Leadership team, you will champion innovation, set strategy into motion, and deliver programmes that elevate the function while supporting your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement, risk management and SRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, policy and process.
• Proven ability to apply continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance procurement capabilities and governance across the organisation.
• Lead third party risk management and SRM initiatives to optimise spend.
• Develop policy, controls and knowledge management for procurement.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Contract Managers and Risk Domains for compliance and reporting.
• Mentor and manage procurement teams.
