Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Supplier Governance Manager to lead governance programmes across strategic suppliers and partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance aligns with Cornerstone’s objectives. The role manages supplier challenges, supports contract development and renewals, and oversees onboarding of new suppliers.

You will collaborate with internal teams including Delivery, Estates Management, Legal and Commercial to drive improvements, ensure health and safety

Qualifications

• Significant commercial negotiation and account management experience.
• Telecoms infrastructure or property experience is desired.
• Experience in operationalising volume-related commercial deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance programmes across key suppliers and partners.
• Resolve commercial issues, support contract development and renewals, and onboard new suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Estates Management, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Manage lifecycle amendments and updates to contracts, maintaining performance objectives.
