Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Supplier Relationship Management Analyst to support governance, scorecards and value delivery with strategic suppliers. You’ll maintain account plans, governance calendars and supplier segmentation while coordinating quarterly reviews and governance meetings.

You will analyse KPI/SLA data, track actions and risks, and collaborate across Procurement, Risk, Legal and IT to drive improvements and protect contractual commitments. Hybrid role in Wimbledon.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, vendor management, procurement, contract management, service management or a comparable supplier‑facing role.
• Experience supporting supplier performance reviews, governance forums, scorecards or service reporting.
• Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting KPI, SLA, trend and issue data.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, including disciplined action and milestone tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear governance packs and management information.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and consistent application of the SRM framework across strategic, critical and key suppliers.
• Maintain supplier account plans, relationship maps, governance calendars and supplier segmentation records.
• Coordinate regular supplier governance meetings, including operational reviews, QBRs and ABRs.
• Prepare agendas, packs and minutes, and maintain clear decisions, actions, owners and due dates.
• Build effective working relationships with supplier managers, business owners and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards covering service, operational, commercial, risk, innovation and relationship measures.
