Job summary

NewDay is seeking a Supplier Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic suppliers supporting Credit & Collections and broader operations. You will build strong governance, performance and value, collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead onboarding, assurance and framework adherence, conduct supplier reporting, manage risk and deliver value through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing suppliers, vendors or external service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience using data/MI to drive improvements and resolve incidents.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage effective relationships with internal teams and suppliers to drive performance.
• Oversee supplier assurance, governance and controls to identify improvements.
• Optimise processes and reduce supplier-related risks while delivering value.
• Manage supplier onboarding, assurance and governance adherence to contracts.
• Produce supplier performance reporting and MI to support decision-making.
