Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the lifecycle of PaaS, IaaS and CaaS contracts within the Sales & Commercial Team in the UK. You will manage contract delivery, SLA compliance, risk mitigation, and revenue generation while maintaining strong customer relationships and governance.

You will collaborate with Technical Experts, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure successful outcomes, monitor performance, and deliver regular contract insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in contract management within telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract management methodologies and best practice.
• Experience managing complex commercial contracts throughout the full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS contracts.
• Evaluate contract proposals and provide recommendations aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement effective contract lifecycle management strategies.
• Oversee contract implementation to ensure all deliverables are achieved in line with timelines and commitments.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and governance processes.
