Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Strategic Commercial Supply Chain Lead to shape sourcing strategies across assigned spend categories. You will own category outcomes, drive total cost optimization, improve supplier performance, and align commercial activity with governance and client needs.

The role covers strategy development, end-to-end sourcing, and VRM, with a focus on risk mitigation, framework negotiation, and value optimization through partnerships with key vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in construction supply chains.
• Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commercial or related field.
• Procurement certification preferred but not essential with proven experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements long-term category strategies based on spend analysis and business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFIs, PQQs, RFPs and ITTs.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial and Estimating to align supply chain strategy with delivery.
• Negotiate framework agreements and SLAs for favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and drive cost savings and risk mitigation.
