Job summary

pladis Global is seeking an experienced HR leader to sit on-site and partner with site leadership to drive the people agenda, culture change, engagement and performance. You will balance commercial rigour with empathy to support the site’s strategic goals and workforce stability.

You will lead industrial relations, coach leaders, and collaborate with HR CoEs to implement talent, rewards, learning and wellbeing initiatives across the site and wider UK&I HR function.

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience leading on-site HR partnering in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to align local HR plans with regional/global strategies.
• Proven track record in union relations, negotiations and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site HR agenda and its integration with regional/global HR strategies.
• Shape culture transformation and drive accountability, safety, engagement and performance.
• Build trusted relationships with trade unions and leadership to support change and workforce stability.
• Develop capability in line managers through coaching and workforce development.
• Manage cost base, workforce planning, organisation design, and change programmes.
