The role requires strong union relations experience, coaching of frontline managers, and a data-driven approach to people metrics to improve engagement, productivity and workforce stability. A visible on-site presence is essential.

• Experience leading HR business partnering in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record in union relations and collective bargaining.
