Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution/Platform Architect to lead a strategic data architecture engagement within the UK public sector. The role focuses on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by maturing CMDB/CSDM and enabling AI, IAM, ITAM and ESM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.
• CMDB transformation and implementation experience.
• CSDM transformation and implementation experience.
• Experience designing ServiceNow data architecture.
• Public sector or highly regulated industry experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, governance framing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital commerce projects with timelines.
• Oversee technical architecture with architects and leads to ensure secure solutions.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues with mitigations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams among stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, operations.
• Ensure architectural standards, governance and best practices across deliverables.
• Drive requirements gathering and translate to technical specs.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports, communicate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate architectural trade-offs and system integration decisions.
• Support design reviews, walkthroughs, and QA to maintain quality.
• Ensure security, regulatory, and data protection compliance.
• Manage vendor and third-party engagements for digital platforms.
• Promote continuous improvement in PM and architectural practices.
