Job summary

Hippo is seeking a Senior Service Design Consultant to lead end-to-end service design across client projects. You will shape strategic plans, articulate service goals, and translate complex problems into actionable blueprints.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and line manage where appropriate, with strong emphasis on Agile delivery and client impact. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, contribute to the Community of Practice, and be prepared to travel to client sites as

• Expert at designing services from end to end and improving existing services.
• Experience working with service/product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced experience with Agile delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the client’s service to ensure it meets business and user needs.
• Articulate goals for the service through artefacts like service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.
• Provide advice and recommendations on approaches to organisational problems.
• Plan and facilitate groups toward a common goal and be the voice of the customer.
• Generate concepts, proposals and plans for new service propositions or improvements.
• Simplify complex information and processes for wide understanding through visual communication.
