Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Managed Services, Professional Services, and support models.
• Broad technical knowledge across IT infrastructure (Networking, Compute, and Public Cloud).
• Demonstrable experience designing and scoping complex, multi-service solutions.
• Excellent commercial awareness, including pricing and solution modelling.
• Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders up to CxO level.
• ITIL Foundation (or higher) qualification.

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to design innovative service solutions.
• Take ownership of complex, multi-service opportunities.
