Job summary

Intelex is seeking a Solution Lead to provide architectural leadership across solution design and implementation for Global Services engagements. Your role includes reviewing service estimates, ensuring architectural coherence, and mentoring junior consultants.

You will translate client needs into scalable Intelex configurations while balancing cost and timelines. You will collaborate with project managers, participate in design workshops, and travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise-wide, multi-site software solutions.
• Experience in coaching team members to further their technical understanding and provide guidance on standard methodology.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience delivering business and project solution topics to audiences from technical experts to directors.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into an Intelex solution design, including workflow and configuration architecture.
• Review services estimates and implementation plans for accuracy and to reduce non-billable time.
• Attend Implementation Design Workshops to oversee analysis and documentation of business and interface requirements.
• Ensure architectural coherence between technical and business processes through systems analysis and design.
• Lead creation/maintenance of configuration guidelines and best practices for reusable configuration detail.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and provide guidance to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to assess risk and manage resources; escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to client locations (Canada, United States, occasional international); expected 10%-40%.
