Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to shape and enhance our Salesforce platform within the IT Customer Services team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that support both students and colleagues.

You’ll facilitate workshops, document requirements, and support implementation and adoption while driving continuous improvement and embedding standard analysis practices across IT.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud experience.
• Experience delivering IT-enabled change or digital transformation.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting as-is and to-be processes.
• Familiar with user stories, use cases, workshops, interviews and process modelling.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM transformation.
• Experience with data migration and UAT planning/execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
