Experis Scotland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to help shape and deliver strategic enhancements across our Salesforce CRM platform in a leading UK financial services setting. You will lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into user stories and work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to deliver tangible value while operating in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support prioritisation decisions by balancing business value, risk and technical dependencies.
• Act as the key link between business and technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.

We're supporting a leading UK financial services organisation as they continue a significant digital transformation programme. As part of this investment, they're looking to appoint a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to help shape and deliver strategic enhancements across their Salesforce platform.

This is a key role within a cross-functional product team, working closely with stakeholders across the business alongside Product Owners, Architects and Engineers. You'll lead discovery activities, define requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with hands‑on Salesforce experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Salesforce certifications.
