Job summary

Arden University is seeking a Technical Business Analyst within the IT Customer Services team (Salesforce) to shape and enhance our Salesforce platform and deliver innovative solutions for students and colleagues.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions, and support implementation and adoption while promoting best practice across the team.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Analysis.
Significant experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience delivering IT-enabled change or digital transformation.
Expertise in requirements gathering and process analysis.
Experience with workshops, interviews, and process modelling.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of governance, legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Shape and enhance the Salesforce platform within Arden University's IT Customer Services team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear solutions.
Facilitate workshops and document requirements to support implementation and adoption.
Champion business analysis best practice and drive continuous improvement across the team.
Support data migration and integration activities as part of CRM transformation.
