Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to turn conversations into documented, implementable Salesforce solutions. You will move between stakeholder discussions, solution design, and hands-on configuration to support the Salesforce Technical Lead.

You will gather requirements, map processes, write detailed user stories, and help refine the backlog while ensuring acceptance criteria are met. A remote role with occasional UK office visits is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven requirements gathering and stakeholder interviewing skills.
• Excellent process mapping, requirements and solution documentation skills.
• Able to independently follow up with stakeholders to close gaps and ambiguities.
• Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce functional/technical requirements.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration capability – this role needs to build, not just document.
• Comfortable supporting the Technical Lead during discovery and design.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or functional consultant within a Salesforce environment.
• Hands-on ability to configure core Salesforce elements (custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, and basic Flows).
• Experience writing clear user stories with formal acceptance criteria within an Agile team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with operational users as well as technical developers and delivery managers.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Support the Salesforce Technical Lead during discovery and design.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations and Finance to understand challenges and needs.
• Map processes and define efficient future-state solutions.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate on backlog refinement and sprint planning to meet Definition of Ready.
• Build elements of agreed solutions directly within Salesforce.
• Support testing and validation with QA.
• Prepare change communications and end-user guidance with the Senior Salesforce Administrator.
• Review adoption and look for opportunities to simplify workflows.
