Job summary
UST is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive technology delivery in Financial Services. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape client technology solutions, lead requirements gathering, and translate challenges into actionable roadmaps.
Role involves working across multiple domains, supporting Salesforce and data integration programmes, and identifying AI-enabled opportunities to improve productivity and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Extensive business analysis experience in large financial services organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
- Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, modelling, and technical docs.
- Salesforce experience with Platform Administrator certification.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
- Experience enabling transformation of business, technology, data, and operating models.
- Experience with global teams across locations/time zones.
- Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or FSC is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and customer engagement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis across multiple domains.
- Translate challenges into clear outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
- Support Salesforce and data integration programmes for client journeys.
- Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Produce BRDs, process models, gap analyses, and functional specifications.
