Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing technology client network across Stevenage, Linlithgow or Belfast with a hybrid 2-3 days on site. You will analyse sales and partner performance, develop dashboards and improve CRM governance to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong CRM, reporting and analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, Excel and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Strong CRM, reporting and data governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, automation tools or AI platforms beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, pipeline, forecasting and partner performance data
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools and commercial insights
• Improve CRM governance, data quality and system adoption
• Support sales process improvement and best practice initiatives
• Coordinate strategic sales opportunities and executive reviews
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product and Operations teams
