Job summary

You will analyse sales performance, manage CRM data quality, develop dashboards, support PRM tools and enable sales with streamlined processes and cross‑functional collaboration across the organisation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join a growing, successful global technology business.

The organisation develops and delivers advanced test instrumentation and solutions that support network synchronisation and network emulation, helping customers validate the performance of critical telecommunications infrastructure.

This is a key role within the global Sales Operations function, offering the opportunity to improve sales effectiveness, partner performance and commercial execution across an international business.

Working closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will use data, technology, reporting and process improvement to support predictable revenue growth and informed business decisions.

Sales Performance and Reporting

• Analyse sales, pipeline, forecasting and partner performance data.
• Identify commercial trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and automated reporting solutions.

CRM and Commercial Systems

• Improve CRM data quality, governance and user adoption.
• Manage and enhance partner relationship management (PRM) systems.
• Maintain sales resources, SharePoint and knowledge management platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve system capabilities and business processes.

Sales Process and Enablement

• Support the implementation of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Strategic Business Support

• Coordinate strategic sales opportunities and executive reviews.
• Track actions and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Support product launches, partner communications and operational readiness.
• Assist with audits, business improvement projects and ad hoc commercial reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar role.
• Experience working with CRM systems, reporting and data governance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience developing dashboards and reports.
• Experience supporting business process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and teams.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Degree qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with partner programmes or PRM platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• Experience with Power BI, AI and workflow automation tools.
• Background in technology, telecommunications or engineering.
• Knowledge of Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence frameworks.
