Harnham is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst in Sheffield on a hybrid basis (1 day onsite per week). You will influence commercial strategy by linking customer, product, and marketing data to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and growth in a fast-growing education-focused SaaS business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, build robust BI dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape product and marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Analyst/BI/Commercial/Customer/Product Analyst roles.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience building semantic models.
• Experience with dbt.
• Experience in SaaS/subscription environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer journeys from awareness through conversion and retention.
• Understand product usage, content engagement, and customer behaviour.
• Explore customer growth, churn, and lifecycle performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to answer key business questions.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and recommendations.
• Support acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer value initiatives.
• Present findings clearly and commercially.
