Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is seeking a Sales Manager to join a respected advanced manufacturing business delivering complex composite components to aerospace, defence and marine sectors. You will drive growth and develop strategic customer relationships in your designated markets.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and tailor solutions balancing technical understanding with commercial success.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Technical Sales role.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering/manufacturing/composites.
• Proven success in developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Experience delivering strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers.
• Increase order intake and revenue through strategic sales activity.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and explore new markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop technically and commercially suitable solutions.
• Support strategic sales planning and monthly performance reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain market insights.
