Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support regional deal pricing, commercial tracking and market intelligence for colocation opportunities. You will work with the Senior Director, Pricing Strategy & Analysis to ensure pricing inputs and market benchmarks are captured and translated into actionable recommendations.

You will help improve commercial visibility by tracking deal status, discounting and key requirements, and provide standardized service inputs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM roles.
• Experience in data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and lifecycle management of service exhibits and SLAs.
• Rationalize service documentation to reduce complexity, duplication, and risk.
• Ensure alignment between service capabilities, contractual language, and operational delivery.
• Drive consistency across regions, customers, and sales motions.
• Support Sales Playbook Development and provide standardized service inputs.
• Enable playbooks with clear service boundaries and negotiation guardrails.
• Provide authoritative service inputs for customer-facing collateral.
• Ensure translation of technical content into clear sales materials.
• Cross-Functional Coordination with Product Lifecycle, Service Ops, Legal and GID.
• Serve as Product representative for regional commercial committees.
• Maintain timely information flow during pursue, submit, and contract stages.
• Governance & Cadence: prepare updates, track exceptions, document decisions.
• Deal Support: track local pricing, discounts, and commercial assumptions.
