Job summary

D R Newitt Recruitment partners with a premier multi-site manufacturing business in Northern Ireland to recruit a strategic Reward Partner. You will own the compensation and reward agenda, working with HR, Finance and executive leaders to deliver governance, job architecture, and pension consolidation initiatives.

You will lead annual salary and bonus cycles, benchmark data, and ensure SOX compliance, while mentoring a Reward Advisor and driving data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Reward or HR roles with a strong reward bias.
• Deep knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, job levelling, equal pay legislation, and pension frameworks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience using enterprise HR systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Desirable CIPD Level 5/7 or relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Annual Salary Review and Bonus cycles with system configuration and stakeholder comms.
• Conduct market data analysis to ensure competitive pay and refine job levelling frameworks.
• Maintain compliance with reward legislation, external audits, equal pay standards, and SOX controls.
• Provide data-driven compensation advice to senior leaders; analyse trends, bonus accruals, and executive reporting packs.
• Drive pension governance and consolidation as part of transformation initiatives.
• Line manage and mentor a Reward Advisor to build team capability.
