Job summary

Drnewitt is seeking a Reward Partner for a premier FMCG/manufacturing business in Northern Ireland. This on-site role focuses on compensation and reward governance, job architecture, pension consolidation, and performance incentives.

Reporting to the Head of Reward & Benefits, you will lead annual salary and bonus cycles, collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll, and mentor a Reward Advisor. A strong background in reward, governance, and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dedicated Reward or HR roles with a strong reward bias.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site environments preferred.
• Knowledge of equal pay legislation and pension frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of annual salary review and bonus cycles.
• Develop market data analyses and job levelling frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with reward legislation and SOX controls.
• Provide data-driven compensation advice to senior leaders.
• Lead reward transformation projects such as pension governance.
