Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a Reward and Benefits Partner based onsite in Manchester to lead pay, bonus and recognition cycles while launching the Benefits Hub on SharePoint.

You will maintain employee and provider data, handle routine processing, reconciliations and reporting, and deliver clear guidance to staff and managers.

This role offers visibility across brand portfolios and requires strong data capability and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, pay, pensions or benefits administration.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Benefits and pensions administration across enrolment, payroll deductions and communications.
• Maintain HR, payroll and provider records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and reconcile files, invoices and uptake reporting for benefits and pensions.
• Run standard reports and dashboards on benefit membership and deductions.
• Support pay, bonus and recognition cycles with data extracts and templates.
• Provide first-line guidance to employees and managers on benefits and policy questions.
